Where do the honeys come from?
The catalog identifies Kyrgyzstan as the origin of our five honey varieties. Each honey page shares its current regional and floral description.
How do I choose a variety?
Start with flavour: White Mountain is creamy and delicate, Sainfoin softly floral, Mountain Herbage herbal and layered, Buckwheat deep and malty, and Uzgen balanced and mellow.
Is Bee Pollen available?
Bee Pollen is coming soon and is not available to order. Its final presentation and availability will be shared at launch.
Ordering and delivery
Which sizes can I choose?
The five honey varieties have 250g, 500g and 1kg options, subject to availability. The selected size and price appear beside the add-to-bag button.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UAE: AED 25 below the free-delivery threshold, with free delivery on orders of AED 250 or more. Confirm the final delivery charge at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Dispatch in 1–5 business days and delivery in 1–5 business days. Contact us for a time-sensitive order before purchasing.
Storage and crystallisation
Why has my honey become cloudy or set?
Honey can crystallise naturally. This changes texture and does not, by itself, establish the honey’s purity or floral origin.
How should I store honey?
Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry spoon and follow the instructions on your delivered label.
Ingredients and allergies
What is in the honey?
Honey. Refer to the product label for the ingredient and batch information supplied with your jar.
Is honey suitable for infants?
Never give honey to infants under 12 months.
What if I have allergies?
Avoid a product if you have a known allergy to it. Honey and other bee products can contain pollen and may cause allergic reactions; seek qualified advice where needed.
