By accessing honeyvalley.store or placing an order with Honey Valley, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Products

Honey is a natural food. Products marked “Coming soon” are not available to order. Descriptions, tasting notes, and nutritional information are provided in good faith based on our sourcing and production knowledge. Colour, crystallisation, and aroma may vary naturally between harvests — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Orders & Fulfilment

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location within the UAE. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Allergies & Health

Raw honey and bee products should not be given to children under 12 months. If you have a known allergy to bee products, please consult a healthcare professional before ordering. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Intellectual Property

Site content is owned by Honey Valley or used under licence. It may not be reproduced without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
