Honey fraud is real. See the evidence.

An EU investigation found 147 of 320 imported honey samples (46%) suspected of adulteration with added sugars. Samples were collected in 2021–22 and findings published in 2023. This was not a UAE supermarket survey and does not show that every supermarket honey is adulterated.

07 / Your questions, answered

Good to know before your first spoonful.

Why does honey crystallise?

Crystallisation is a natural change in honey’s texture. The speed and grain size vary with floral source and storage. It does not, by itself, show whether honey is pure or impure.

How should I store my jar?

Keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry spoon and follow the storage instructions on your jar.

What is in Honey Valley honey?

The ingredient is honey. Country of origin: Kyrgyzstan. Refer to your delivered jar for its net weight, batch and other product information.

How many servings are in each size?

Using a 10g serving: 250g gives 25 servings, 500g gives 50 and 1kg gives 100. The serving count and price per serving update when you select a size.

Where can I find delivery and returns details?

See the delivery information beside the purchase controls and our delivery and returns policies in the footer. The final delivery charge appears at checkout.

Is honey suitable for babies?

Do not give honey to infants under 12 months. Avoid honey if you have a known allergy to honey or related bee products.
